I'm furious about it because, I mean, this was a program started by Labor.
Julia Gillard started the program.
It started out as a great program.
And then it just got fat.
I mean, it needed to be cut back.
Everyone saw that it was just growing and ballooning out of control.
But it was the providers.
It's the people rigging the system.
And then some of the definitions of disability got broader and broader and broader.
So that it just started sucking more and more money into it.
But that shouldn't affect a kid who's severely disabled.
And we've heard from across the board, across Australia, people who are severely disabled.
They're kids who are severely disabled who can't even get it.
So right from the top to the bottom, it needs to be rectified.
I know it's difficult.
Logistically, it's difficult.
And I know there's a lot of bureaucracy, too much bureaucracy.
But it can't be that hard if you get NDIS in the same room as someone who's on the NDIS, then you can pretty quickly work out who needs to be on it and who doesn't.
And they're too bloody lazy to do it.
I don't even know where these people exist.
