It's different in the media.

You can be a little bit more open and opinionated.

But I've got so many connections in the industry, I also am aware of – I'm doing a bit of work at Carlton as well.

So I'm a little bit guarded in some areas.

But I think you can be yourself a little bit more than you are as a senior coach.

And like it or not, you just can't express yourself like you want to because it bites you on the backside.

That's a perception from a senior coaching point of view.

But no, I'm enjoying it.
