We're a year out from a World Cup in Australia where Neil is.

And I'm just interested in how is Joe Schmidt the guy to kind of, to kind of sow those little gaps mentally that seem to be missing from their game?

Yeah, it's a very short block, if you like, Neil.

It's been a long-standing problem for them, this issue at 10.

And, you know, think about the great Australian teams over the years, you know, Nick Farr-Jones, Lionel, you know, the brilliant fly halves that they've had

And they just, they can't seem to settle on a halfback pairing sustained over a period of time.

And if you look at their broken play, if you like, you know, you think of someone like a Quade Cooper, Neil, would just fit into this Australian team brilliantly to get the best out of some of the parts.

They have some brilliant unstructured play.

They like to just play heads up rugby.

You know, I understand the point that, you know, you need that kind of maybe 10 to navigate things and be a little bit more structured in those maybe match winning positions.

But it doesn't seem to be in their DNA to play like that.

What about our own 10, Neil?

What about Sam Prendergast and his performances and basically, I guess, the 80 minutes.

What's the general feeling about how he played?

I was thinking, if you wanted an ideal opportunity to bring someone, reintegrate somebody who's had a bit of a low ebb, confidence was pretty shot after what happened in the Six Nations, this is the ideal tournament to do it.

There isn't that media, you know, zone in huge interest.

There's so much sport going on in the world right now.

This allows him international rugby minutes under Andy Farrell to get his confidence back without a huge amount of pressure.

Valentini's won over some of the biggest players in the world.
