Is that your sense, Neil?

There's a lot of comic fans who really want to see what this guy can do ahead of next season.

So is it your sense that he will most likely get the nod ahead of Pentecost just to start this weekend?

I thought it was pretty funny, all the All Blacks comments before the French game, basically accusing them of faking injuries and not having a full strength side.

And then they go and nearly beat them.

The French team I'm talking about, you know, and obviously without the two loose players, etc.

So I actually was hoping that France would do a number after those comments.

But I don't know, maybe I was looking at New Zealand, it was a cracking game.

But the French came up, they turned up to play.

And I still think New Zealand are a work in progress there, you know.

If you're looking at it from an England point of view then...

They're on a hiding to nothing here.

I don't think anybody predicted they were going to win.

And a lot of people said, look, they're actually going to get their asses handed in Johannesburg.

How do you assess that performance?

Is it just South Africa being South Africa and England were never going to compete?

Or do you think England's problems are not getting any better?

It would have cost a lot of money to... Yeah, but come on, even Felix Jones' comments recently, I mean, he was pressed on this, right?

I mean, we hadn't heard directly from him.
