That was a tough moment in my life thinking I might be unemployable.

And then I got on stage and no one laughed his first night at all.

And that was horrifying.

Yeah, absolutely.

So drop out of uni and no one's fired from crappy jobs.

On stage, want to be a comedian anyway.

No one's laughing.

I was talking about being teased at school.

That was meant to be my shtick.

And they just thought it was sad.

They didn't think it was funny.

And as I'm walking out of the room thinking my life's an absolute disaster, I'm walking out and there was no backstage so you had to go through the crowd to leave.

And as I'm walking out, one bloke right at the exit said, they were right to tease you.

And I'm like, oh, that's awful.

Wow, just kicking you on the way out.

I've decided not to anymore.

So I really, weirdly, I'd made the decision very young to not drink anymore.

So I was a big drinker from probably the age of 14 or 15 through to 21.

And, yeah, binge drinker, always get way too drunk and wake up in, you know, in lockup.

Not because I was violent, because I'd, you know, fall asleep on the road or something.
