And not to mention, I do think Westwood, although he hasn't won a major, he came close in many, whereas Fitzy's major record, despite winning one.
But look, I think you could make the argument.
I mean, he's an incredibly successful golfer and he's so good at winning.
One thing I like the most about Matt, and I think the reason why he's able to be so successful in the US in particular, because the environment is so challenging for a foreign player, he's so into his routines and analysis and his feedback on every single shot.
It's almost as though the golf shot gets lost within a two-minute process.
And so therefore, it's much easier just to become immersed in hitting the correct shot.
And I think he does that better than almost any player in the game.
So that's the one thing that strikes me watching him.
And I think that's part of the reason why he's so successful.
Did you win a major this year?
I could see him winning US Open again, to be honest.
And yeah, he's such an aggressive putter.
We talk about guys like Westwood and Tommy.
You know, you watch these guys when they're in the big moments.
I always think back to when Matt Fitzpatrick won at the race to Dubai a few years ago.
I think it was in 2020.
And he was playing with Laurie, in fact, in the final round.
