With Cabrera, like you said of how lefties hit his fastball a little bit, I bet it's another one of those, like we talk about all the time, of the Cubs are probably going to work with him and be like, we can add this pitch or do this to get lefties out.
Maybe it's, hey, four seams up in the zone, or they teach him a cutter running in on the hands.

Leading up to this offseason, it was kind of like Owen Casey is the right fielder in waiting, and now that Tucker's gone, he's probably going to split time in right field with Seau while one DHs or however they wanted to play it.
But by moving Casey for a starting pitcher like that, that's telling me, all right, the time is now.
We need this insurance here.
We're going to go get our guy.
And Edward Cabrera was talked about in the trade market to six different teams for the entire offseason.
So being able to get the deal done was great.
