How can I, and like deleting dating apps, which was a recent thing for me, like less than six months ago.
Like genuinely probably top five things I've done for my mental health in my life period.
It's dopamine driven, but it's also like, I mean, I don't know what your experience is with them, but like I really wouldn't find much success and I really would put in a lot of effort.
And like if I put in even 5% of the effort in meeting people in real life, I would have way more success.
So interesting.
And it's just like, it's just crushing of the ego because it's like I would max out my swipes every day for like close to four years straight.
Like, and of those swipes, I'm not even lying, maybe half a percent end up in a match.
And of those matches, maybe one in ten end up in a date.
And of those dates, you know what I mean?
And it's like, am I just not desirable?
Or is it like, no, it's just like, there's something broken about the system.
