The quality of their kick chase, I'd say the coaches were pulling their hair out watching it, going, this is not us.

And when you're 10, 15, 20 minutes into a game, you're thinking, right, a big moment can steady the ship here.

But that big moment sometimes needs to come from you.

Everyone was looking left and right, but not providing it themselves.

Versus this year, where the players will know, look, the tendencies have been poor, the sentiment around the team, it's not as warm as it has been in previous years.

Players feed off that.

They'll want it back.

And they know, and there's also players in this team that haven't won anything of substance.

Maybe URC last year, obviously, but they'll be measuring themselves on winning Six Nations, winning Champions Cups, making it to the semi-final and final of the World Cup.

And they know that this is a huge opportunity.

They've been on the right side of the draw.

Look, you make your own luck in these things, but you've got to ride your luck when you get it.

They've played middling teams in the top 14, the URC and the Premiership, to get into this position against a middling top 14 side and then to get yourself into a final.

But that's all that matters.

You're in a final.

You have an opportunity to win it.

So I think it's a very different mindset, but the pressure is really high on this team going into this game.

Off the back of losing last week, the loss to Northampton last season,

And they'll be feeling it.

And I think it's going to bring out the best in them.
