But on the flip side of that, do I believe that they can get it right on the day?

Yes, I do.

And that is tied into the system being heavily dependent on dominant tackles, counter-rooking,

buying your teammates time, and then getting your spacings right in the wider channels, getting up and shutting the opposition down.

The system is designed for the ball not to get into those wide channels.

If it's getting in there, that's where Leinster are vulnerable, but the whole system is about preventing it getting there.

And I believe if they can get themselves to the right emotional pitch,

make those dominant hits, make a mess of the breakdown, frustrate the likes of White, then that's going to allow the likes of Tommy O'Brien and Gary Ringrose to get up high and get in the faces of Toulon.

And they won't have faced the line speed that Leinster are going to bring at the weekend.

And it always takes a period of adjustment.

And Ulster, it took them nearly 55 minutes to adjust to that Leinster line speed.

And that's where Leinster can capitalise and build a lead early.

I think it's very, very different.

I actually, I don't think Leinster were under pressure going into the semi-final against Northampton last year, and that's part of the issue.

Being under pressure and feeling nervous and knowing all the chips are going over the line can bring out the best in you.

And even I look at some of the defensive errors that they made that day, they lacked urgency.

The quality of their kick chase, I'd say the coaches were pulling their hair out watching it, going, this is not us.
