that are in essence beneath you are presenting to you where they want to take the team.
on a given week, but also over a month, over three months.
This is what I'm doing.
These are the drills I'm doing that I'm expecting to result in progression with our attack, with our breakdown work, with our kick strategy.
So it it is a very strategic position um that I think would be very suited to Joe.
And even what he's doing up in Ulster at the moment.
You know, he's effectively coaching coaches, he's a coaching consultant.
Yeah.
Um, but yeah, look, he's it's a his attention to detail, like Joe would would have the ability of coming in and and from one week of just being in the building and watching how players are conducting themselves in the gym, in skill sessions, in training sessions, around matches.
He just leaves no stone unturned.
