Well, first off, suspending campaign operations is not the same thing as filing the paperwork to withdraw from the ballot.
So it's potentially the case that we have not seen the last or heard the last about this.

But Grant Plattner didn't come up with that message.
Grant Plattner is one of many, many, many candidates that Democrats are running across the country who are running on those similar themes.
So the message continues
He made he disqualified himself by his past behavior and the courageous women who have come forward and told the truth about what had happened here really need to be commended in terms of the path forward.
First off, the main Democratic Party deserves tremendous credit for for refereeing this very, very difficult system.
I think by having this proportional county based system and then a special state convention nominating conference caucus to select the nominee, that's about the best organization.
orderly, grassroots driven way you can do it while still not just opening this up to total chaos in the time allotted, because this needs to be concluded by July 27 in order to make the deadline for finalizing the ballot.
So tremendous credit is due, I think, to the leadership of the main Democratic Party.
This is going to be really interesting to watch, too, because you've got a number of different factions in the party.
