who might be in four or five years from now when Iriola might not be here he's only got a three year contract so there's pros and cons to it obviously but I do think when you drill into it it makes the greatest sense and I think one thing I'm not looking forward to though is in 12 months time

But it feels like we've just been talking about contracts every single season for the past five.
You know, with Trent, with Virgil, Mo, Canarte, he's a boss line now, Iriola, Slott, Edwards, Hughes.

And this is not going to win that.
Yeah, he doesn't strike me as like particularly needy either as a coach.
He strikes me as the kind of guy who will just kind of, whatever you're giving me, he'll just deal with it.
He'll be really happy with it.
And I get the impression, I think I've read one or two bits that he's not, he doesn't view himself, you know, like Hodgson, like still managing when he's got like glare and all that.
I think he views himself as he's doing it now because he really likes it.
but it's not like a long long long term thing and you know his family moving to Liverpool which I'm assuming they will do if he don't like it yet he'll just up sticks and get off sort of thing and I don't think he views it as life or death he seems to have a really interesting perspective actually
Well, I think as of right now, it's really difficult to forecast that, mainly because I keep banging on about it, but the squad is not ready.
It's just categorically not ready at the moment.
So can he win the league as it stands right now?
No, not with that squad.
It's going to be very interesting to see what happens.
