There's been other times where, you know, we've watched nonsense.
And he said, oh, yeah, well, we dominated the game for 20, 30 minutes.
And you think, well...
tepid domination if you're not really creating anything isn't what it's not what the crowd are after and so I think there is a little bit of a well I've had quite a bit of a difference between what he sees as positive things that a Liverpool team do and what the crowd will almost put up with
to when when we know we're in a bit of transition or whatever you what you call it and i think there's minimum expectations from the fans where you know you show fights on the pitch you show togetherness you you try and get first to the ball you know you win your own personal battles and then if there's breakdowns in terms of like how fluid you are from an attacking point of view
it's not great but I think people will be a little bit more tolerant of it if they can see players on the pitch I think that's what a Liverpool crowd would generally be like and why they've got so frustrated this season it's because it's been a perceived lack of application on the pitch whereas I think for the manager
He's obviously looking at it in a different way from me and I think a lot of others as well.
He's seeing certain things that he's seeing as positive.
To be honest, half the time, I can't even figure out what they are, but I think it's, well, we add a bit more to the ball or I think it's an XG pattern or whatever.
I'm not felt he's trying to kid people.
I think he's very honest.
He's probably a little bit too honest for his own good and I'm not one of these who picks apart press conferences and things like that because...
You know, you can drive yourself mad with that sort of thing, especially if you haven't even watched it and you're just based on quotes.
But I think, I don't know what he's, at times, what he's looking at in this season and seeing the positives.
And maybe that's, you know, that's on me.
I don't know.
But I just think, I think next year is going to be tough, whoever the manager is.
I think, hopefully it won't be as tough as this year in a variety of different ways.
But I think, yeah,
I think it's been a real tough one, but I'm hoping next year will be at least a little bit better.
