Well, first of all, I think we need to sort of think about how VAR, the video assistant referee, is there to spot clear and obvious errors or serious missed incidents, right?

We think you should take a look at a particular incident.

The chances are that they have got a good sense that something important has been missed.

And this is obviously a team of people who have the benefit of multiple camera angles.

In a big sense, it's not a surprise that these decisions are overturned.

They have the benefit of replays.

Now, how often should they be overturned?

And so when VAR says to a referee,

Or there will be a natural temptation to just shift some of that responsibility to VAR.
