Um the people that I've I've met, uh the people who helped me with the book have been so generous and you know, so forthcoming and so patient and and they want to share.
this knowledge with the people who like me who who don't practice it, who aren't involved in it, but who have a genuine interest and a sympathy and an empathy for it.
They they want, you know, to reach out to the world and and and not have people be afraid of them and and and kind of stigmatise them in this way.

And and again, as someone who's who doesn't practice it, I can only go with the, you know, bits and pieces that people have told me and things that I I put together when I was writing the book.
But it seems to me that that that witchcraft is um
for for people who practice it it's it's a way of life.
You know, it's it's not about uh you know, dreaming uh yeah, it's not about some folklore or some old wife's tale kind of thing.
It's they they will have um certain methods, certain techniques that they will use to to try and get things done or to help other people.

Superstition is is almost when I think of superstition personally I think of of the the whole, you know, getting worried if a black cat crosses your heart kind of thing.
Right.
Um and that's not what witchcraft is.
Witchcraft is is um from the people that I know very much a day to day it's a it's a practice.
It's it's a way of living for them.
