Specifically though, I would want it to be
Kinda like a cocktail bar, like really high level bartenders who know how to make
good cocktails and also I don't even know if I'd want any house cocktails.
Like I think more than that, I would want bartenders who are skilled enough that if you gave them like a list of cocktails that you like or like flavors or spirits that you like, they can make one for you on the fly.
Like that would be super sick.
Cause I've been to a couple bars like that and those are my favorite.
It feels like you're getting prescribed by a doctor or something, but it's just alcohol.
And
I would want like the high level bartending, but simultaneously I would want like a casual vibe.
Like I want it to get a little like rowdy in there.
I want people to be able to feel like they can chat.
Like I don't want people to feel like they have to be all like classy or anything.
But the cocktails are gonna be good.
But the cocktails also won't be like annoying.
Like I feel like some classic cocktails are like annoying as fuck where they're adding like smoke and like 17 garnishes.
Like no no no.
Like we're like we're made like it's gonna be functionally good.
Like every cocktail is gonna have a max six components and they're all gonna be there for a reason.
What would I call it though?
