It's with this guy named Mark Dowell and he's an ultra marathoner and he ran four hundred miles in four days without sleeping.
And the interviewer asks him, How do you on day three, when you're having run three hundred miles, convince yourself in those dark moments to keep going?

His answer was I look towards any evidence of the fact that I can go further.
So for him it was every single time I take a step, that for me is evidence that I can continue on this path of
chasing this thing and doing this this
thing that I wanted to achieve.
