What I so I I'm you know I'm cautious about the the impeaches impeachment process, but uh just uh yesterday there was a bar complaint filed, a j uh a judicial complaint filed by the Justice Department against a different judge, uh Jim Bosberg of Jed Bosberg of the uh of the uh uh DC district court.
The same sort of thing probably should be done here.
And uh, you know, let those authorities, let the judicial judicial conference.
Do what's work.
Perhaps ultimately the Court of Appeals or the Supreme Court will slap down the judge in certain ways.
So there are certain steps that need to be taken before just going for impeachment right away.
But I agree.
This is just, this goes beyond a simple disagreement over the law and it's pure uh judicial civil disobedience, if you will.

Well, uh as as we've learned, there's a crisis in higher education more broadly, which has certainly come to the fore since October seventh and uh revealed the pathologies uh of various kinds.
This is particularly dangerous for legal education because while it's sad uh for for humanity, if English and sociology departments go off the rails, law schools train the next generation of uh the gatekeepers of our legal
political institutions, our our judges, disproportionately our politicians, uh other leaders of various kinds.
If the law is subverted, if the rules of the game, such basic values as due process, equality under the law, free speech, if these are thrown out the window, we're we're in big trouble.
Right.
Well, three years ago, I was about to start a job at Georgetown Law School, and uh I was uh commenting in the media about the Supreme Court.
That was a subject of my last book, Supreme Disorder, Judicial Politics.
Uh, and uh I I tweeted, I inartfully phrased a criticism of Joe Biden for restricting his Supreme Court nominees by race and sex, a view I I maintain to this day and that
Overwhelming majority of Americans uh agree as well.
Anyway, this this this uh badly phrased tweet led to a four-month-long investigation by the DEI office at Georgetown as to whether I was discriminating against or harassing someone, at the end of which I was let off on the technicality that I wasn't employed when I tweeted.
Uh, and so the rules didn't apply.
