How does it change how you do things?

Like, what was a negotiation that didn't work out that you think might have been different?

Oh, that's very interesting.

If we go into a negotiation and we're a little insecure, we feel that we're going to end up being one down from the person we're negotiating with.

And very often you don't want to be.

And I think the best deals that I've made are the ones where I don't really care if it comes out fine.

If it doesn't come out, it's fine too.

That's a key.

That's your energy right now.

How many times have you negotiated to buy an apartment or a house or something like that and you didn't get it?

And then when you did get something, you thought, oh, thank God that deal didn't happen.

So I always feel if a deal falls through, I always think, okay, I'm going to find out what's next and it's going to be better.

And I'm going to be really grateful that it fell through.
