I completely, you know, but I put things that are realistic because it's just a way of, you know,

taking your reticular, your RAS, your reticular activating system, I think that's what it is, and just bringing it forward, right?

So that you're bringing more of what you want into your life.

And for me, that's clarity and being clear and calm.

And again, being present so that I can enjoy the moments that are put in front of me, even the bad ones.

So the truth is, I do have bad days.

I do get angry, but I realize they're for a period of time and what can I learn from that?

It's a very different mindset.

I mean, I'm not like...

I'm in reality.

It happens quite often.

Let me tell you.

I would say after the surgery and after everything, you know, my company was sold.

I was in the hospital, all those things.

I was like, what more can I possibly take?

I mean, I was in and out of the hospital so many times after the surgery.

And then in December of 2024, I was in the hospital every week for five weeks until I even had meningitis.
