I think it comes from source.

Call it God, call it universe, call it source.

I can't, I don't know if it's from anything that we would say in this world because it's bigger than me.

I wake up this way.

Yes and no.

So I wasn't to the extent that I became and that I am now.

And by the way, I still have band-aids.

I mean, I'm human.

I'm still a spiritual being having a human experience, as I like to say.

But I became a practicing Buddhist in 1999.

And that is a large part of me knowing my inner strength because I had been tested so many times before, not realizing that all these tests were actually autoimmune related, that I knew what I was capable of.

I had achieved things that someone said, there's no way.

I was told there was no way I was carrying either one of my children to term.

That Emily was a twin.

I lost a twin early on and I was told there's no way.

And I'm like, I'm going to carry this child to 37 weeks.

You just wait and see.

37 winks came, boom, I popped that child out.

And I think I've had enough of these experiences that I know there is power in that.

And it's not something I talk about often because it's, I guess, on the wooer side.
