But I don't think people know what they're capable until they're tested.

And I've been tested so many times.

I know what I'm capable of.

And I'm capable of handling this with grace and optimism.

When my mom was sick, she was not like me.

She was a doom and gloomer.

That is just who she is.

So funny.

We are complete opposites.

I'm more like my dad in this way.

And I kept saying, mom, no matter what, the outcome is going to be the same.

So you can choose to go through this with optimism and fierce and positivity that you're going to do everything in your will to make the time you're here mean something.

Or you can sit here and wax on about, oh, woe is me.

You're still going to be in the same place.

Same outcome is going to happen.

If anything, I believe the positivity helps you heal better, helps you attract more things into your life that are a positive.

And that wasn't very hard.

She would be good for a day, but then she just couldn't.

That wasn't who she was.

And people aren't like that, but I believe we have that power.
