And when I would put it like that, that's when she was able to flip that switch.
But I will tell you, she lived, she was only given six months and she lived two and a half years.
And got to see her granddaughter walk across the stage and graduate from college and all these things she never got to see.
But it was just through subtle shifts in how she perceived that moment.
And I think as you get, as you, it's like anything, right?
It's a practice.
I always say like, I practice Buddhism.
I don't do it.
I practice it because you never, there's no, I got there.
It's a constant daily muscle stretching that you need to do so that it becomes automatic.
That doesn't happen overnight.
It has to be something you work on and something you want.
I feel it's so interesting because I feel it's fascinating that people always go to the negative and I'll always go to the positive.
Because I think... Yes, absolutely.
There's no doubt.
Why do I say that?
It's because I was the negative person.
know people don't necessarily believe that but i became a whole different person and it's by seeing little miracles happen like seeing a shooting star seeing my blood count turn a little bit better it's those it's those little things that we it's finding the extraordinary in the ordinary
And I think that's what happens is we always look through life through these tainted glasses.
