I feel like when you are at a place in your life where you're able to be present, it is so easy to find the optimism versus the pessimism because you're attuned to what's happening.
You're here, you're deciding what's gonna be, how are those glasses gonna be?
Are they gonna be dark or are they gonna be light?
But if you're so focused on the shouldas or the coulds versus the woulds, you're never able to remember putting those glasses on and deciding what filter to use.
And that's where I believe presence comes.
Like, that's why it's such a powerful tool.
I feel so many people are either stuck in the past or too overly fixated on the future that they're not enjoying the now.
