I do read a lot, a lot of spiritual books, including the Bible and doing Bible study and like all those things.

Like I just feel like it all takes on the same thing, to be honest with you, like when you start to look at it, right?

And so those are the things that I do to nourish that part of me.

I also go for when it's warmer out.

It's too hard on my body with autoimmune issues to go for walks, but I will take a lot of walks.

I do love spending time in nature.

And I do like to ground myself every day too.

So I do like to go outside barefoot.

I will tell you it is a sheet of ice right now, so I'm not.

Like I'm good, but I'm not that good.

Yeah, I just looked out my window before and I was like, it's snowing?

What?

Yes.

So obviously, I use clean products like my makeup and my skincare.

I eat very healthy.

I'm starting to garden and farm again.

We moved in April of last year.

So still getting the land together.

But I have a greenhouse.

I'm doing all those things because I really do love my hands in the dirt.
