Because, yeah, if all things across all areas look the same, it can be a good thing, but only to a point.

And I think we've got to be careful that when you can often see ex-players going into schools and coaching the way that they've just experienced in the senior environment, then all of a sudden the schools are playing exactly the same.

An injection of new ideas at that level or people doing things differently and getting success is a good thing because then it can go both ways and push the system from the bottom up at times.
The more we all do the same thing, I think it becomes a little bit predictable.

That's what I think I was most shocked about.
James has been a weapon for Leinster, no doubt.
He's been still a weapon for Ireland.
And so close to the World Cup when I would have assumed he was part of the plans, the likes of himself and Bundy Arkey to get to this World Cup and see it through.
And I wouldn't have doubted him being on the list.
That's what shocked me the most, that they couldn't come to some agreement just a stretch a year ago.
Yeah, that's what surprised me because I'd still be putting on my starting list in whichever team.
Probably different for Leinster with a lot of young guys coming through.
They're always about pushing from the bottom up and pushing for competition.
But this is an international elite level winger that's still performing on the world stage.
