The seasons, they go from one to the next.
So the guys that are doing both manure and forage, it's very, very demanding, very demanding on their crew, very demanding, you know, at least where we're at, you know, in Wisconsin, we do cover crops during the summer, you know, so it's more and more.
More and more push to apply them nutrients on a growing crop.
Yep.
You know, the worst time to put manure down on the ground is the fall because, you know, that manure has to sit there all winter and you're going to get some nutrient loss.
But that's the best time for the ground to get it out there.
So it's a double-edged sword where, you know, more and more...
going on a cover crop that that crop can utilize that nutrients, you know, almost instantly.
It also acts as a as a moisture out there.
So I don't know.
It's just it's it's a different world, you know, and very demanding.
No, it's a double-edged sword there.
And the thing is, there's so much slurry, whether it's hog or dairy, you can't pump it all in the spring.
I mean, we'd have to have four times the amount of pumping capacity in the industry.
And that's just... The problem is...
equipment we could we can build equipment everyone else can build equipment but to actually get people in them seats is the harder part and that's where you know for me i've been in that position you know i've been on multi facets of the of the industry it's getting assets in them seats is the hardest part it is you can buy equipment all day long but it is getting operators and i'm excited to talk about that a little bit down the road i still want to stay focused on the manure topic for a little bit longer because
Oh, absolutely.
Absolutely.
And so my position at Noon, I cover all U.S.
So I find there's spots where I go, I have to bite my tongue.
