So so yeah, two months without uh squatting benching, it's just under twelve weeks of of prep.

But not only that, I t I think I told you in the previous podcast we we did I was uh starting a new gym with my coach.

Which

That went terribly bad.

Uh we got a lot of problems.

We got we got scammed by a lot of people.

Um we were expecting to open up the gym even before Sheffield.

Still not open to this day.

So it's been, you know, delaying for s for months, for for seven months, eight months now.

It's been so frustrating.

It's required a lot of uh physical work, which which has also uh prevented me from being able to recover fully.

Uh my um let's say economic uh health has

Gone down a lot.

So I had a lot of things in my mind.

I lost a lot this year in every aspect 'cause I was also getting away from my family and my friends in another city uh four hundred and fifty kilometers away from my hometown.

You know, life is like that.

You take decisions, you try to uh do something with your life.

Something I mean, sometimes it goes well, sometimes it goes bad, sometimes it goes really bad, but you take it.
