They can make a salary for salary trade.

I mean, they're working from a totally different demographic than I worked from, and I wish I had the problem they had.

You've got to try to identify, I think, like we did, you know, the Ted Lillies of the world, the Michael Scooters of the world, the Miguel Batistas, the Encarnacion, the Glosses, the Hillenbrands.

I mean, you go back and look at the trade history that we had when we were there, and I think it worked out pretty good.

And it's just being opportunistic as to what's available to you.

And, you know, we had to work within a budget.

These guys don't, which I think is great.

But they shouldn't worry about taking on money at this point because the ownership group really wants to win.

I think it's a great advantage for them to be able to go out and get whoever they want.
