It's telling you, you can get into your own home.
You can only use negative gearing the way that the Prime Minister has comfortably been able to do with his property portfolio to get ahead.

But you can only do that if you do things the way we dictate to you.
There's no opportunity in, you know, freedom of choice or anything like that.
So it's about, you know, if you build a new home, because they've failed in all their attempts and all their bureaucracies to build homes in this country, they're now putting that burden onto young Australians to say...
Yeah, the only way you can use negative gearing is if you build a new home ultimately, but you are then therefore pitted against developers, investors, and you're not going to get in front in this case ultimately.
And we know that when the younger generation can't put their roots down, then they're putting off having children.
They're putting off having families.
