Like, I think that was the biggest thing that I saw was, like, looking around our room, it was, like, every single guy was prepared really well every single day.

Like, every guy played after practice, and it kind of made it really clear to me, like, okay, there's a reason that every guy in this room is, you know, a really good player in the NHL in the middle or at the beginning or at the end of a really good career.

So it was cool just to see that, you know, like...

We'd camp Talbot there and just seeing how he worked every day, how much time he spends on his body, how much training.

I was really impressed with that.

This guy is in insane shape.

Unbelievable.

So he was great to be around.

I feel like I learned a lot from him.

And then just, you know, like you go up and down our lineup, like we had, you know, I'm going to miss guys, but like the older guys, you know, Sid, Tavares, O'Reilly, Shifley, like these guys that have been, you know, been around, like you can...

see you watching for an hour at any given point, you can see exactly why.

And then, you know, the young guys too, like Mac and seeing the way he is and, you know, Minton and these, these other young guys that we had in our team as well was just, it was just fun to watch the guys and fun to be around and kind of just have those conversations.

I feel like I learned a ton from that group.

Yeah, I mean, fortunately, we got to know each other a little bit before.

We've just got some mutual friends with a few of the Vancouver guys on our team.

So we knew each other a bit before, which was nice having a familiar face there.

But I think Mac, he just does a really good job of, like,

You know, when he's at the rink, he's mature and he prepares extremely well.

You know, he works really, really hard.

His preparation before the practices is unbelievable.
