And they tell the story about how when a so firstly Abramovich used the Swiss investment bank UBS to do research on which Premier League clubs might be on the market, and he was interested in the potential of Tottenham.

And they tell the story that Abramovich was in his Mercedes driving through Tottenham on the way to a

Meeting and he looked out the window and turned and said to his associate in the c in the back of the car, this is worse than Omsk, which is the a city in Siberia where he had a refinery.
