it's something that anybody who knows me would always be able to tell you that I have.
Yeah.
Yeah, absolutely.
But, you know, I finally went for the diagnosis last year.
And it's interesting, after you get that, you go, oh, that's why there's reasons that... It seems harder for me to fight through certain things and harder for me to have just the capacity for doing certain stuff.
You know, it's difficult to... Explain a little bit.
There are certain things that I can do really, really well.
I can be on set and I can have my mind on 10 different things.
Pure hyper-focus.
When the camera's rolling, I'm in the middle of a take.
I can be fully tuned into what I'm doing in my performance, fully tuned into what the camera team are doing, fully tuned into what the actor in front of me is doing.
And I can manage all that stuff in the moment very well.
That comes quite naturally to me.
So for me, in work, it's a superpower.
For me, with regards...
living domestically or, you know, with regards making healthy choices for myself around things, it's much tougher, you know, it's much tougher.
And so it's difficult to have consistency with yourself.
I think, you know, there's different degrees of it or whatever.
But for me, yeah, I definitely have always like fought a little harder just to hold all the stuff in my life together.
I think it's easier, you know, for the people who are in your life consistently, you can have conversations that are coming from a different place, not a place of judgment, more of a place of understanding of like, okay, look, this is your handicap that's against you.
