Felt like only yesterday we got the keys to the home and stumbled through its halls beaming like children on Christmas morning.
And now we're leaving with tears in our eyes but memories in our hearts.
I would like to now take a trip down memory lane to revisit the best times.
Sometimes the best times were just in the simple things.
Waking up on a crystal clear Saturday morning with the waves crashing in the distance, hearing my brothers start to wake and remembering that I'm about to spend the whole day with my brothers.
Coming upstairs to music playing as we dance around the kitchen, watching the sun go down on the balcony with a beer in hand, steaks are on the barbecue and Aji's about to rock up with 15 green bags and four half avocados for the family to cook up.
The endless nights we would sit by the TV and celebrate each other's wins with our TV shows and YouTube videos.
The two benders we had with one resulting in Grant cracking the shits and yelling at us.
The excitement with everyone getting ready as we're about to head off on a weekend snow trip.
The chaotic state of the house with costumes scattered everywhere as we're frantically trying to film a skit.
Hungover movie days, laying in the lounge just ordering JJ's.
Family Christmas, laughter in the air with all our best friends.
Riding our e-bikes down to Fish Vibes with the wind in our hair after a day at the beach.
Getting ready with the whole gang before my 30th.
And most importantly, coming home and seeing the smiling faces of your best mates, especially after being away.
This house will always be a part of me.
Although we now move on and become men, I'm thankful that I have it tattooed on my arm as a part of me will always be living on the avenue.
