Only about 40% of people get a pension or 42 or something like that.
But the minimum employer contribution is 12%.
So if you're earning 190 grand, but you're getting taxed at 45 over that 190 grand, but your employer is putting in 12%, you are going to have a very good retirement.
So you've got to put in- No, you don't have to.
They have to put in 12%.
You could put in nothing, and they can put in 12%.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's compulsory retirement savings.
So the employer has to do it, but then they don't have a universal pension.
I don't know if there is an answer.
