And even little things, I mean, this probably affects you guys more than me, but once you get to a certain level of earning, the tax is quite a lot higher.

It depends on, well, no, it's confusing because the first, I think, 18 grand that you get is tax-free.

But then once you earn more than 230, you're on the hook.

I think 45 is the top tax.

I feel like it might even be higher.

Yeah, this is one of the big things for me.

I reckon we've just lost tens if not hundreds of thousands of people over the last few years, right?

So the surge that we've had over the last few years isn't quite our all-time high, but it's near our all-time high.

and so i think the question now is how do you bring people back yeah what are the things that we can do to actually try and get some of those people in a few years to go yeah you know i've had a good experience but i'm going to come back home yeah and something like that you can imagine might be a little bit of an incentive that could work because i've got i mean i've got so much family that lived over there and and have moved over there in fact i did it myself and everybody thinks i'm going to go over there i'll do two years in the mines yeah and then i'll come back and i'll be set up a classic two
