Yeah, it reminds me, just thinking about it, a little bit of a trip I took to Mount St.

Helens about 25 years ago or so.

And you could see where all the lava had come out and it had poured down the mountainside and it had turned everything to these black cinders.

But this was 10 years or so after the eruption and you could see.

you could see that amid all the desolation, there were plants and trees coming up.

And I'm wondering if, you know, Mount St.

Amazon kind of leveled the field and all of these brick and mortar stores kind of disappeared.

But now we're seeing these green shoots of people saying, we're a community and a community should have a bookstore and we're going to support it.

Right.

As we're recording this, people are going to see the Odyssey in astronomical numbers, and they're also paying what feels to me who grew up with dollar movie houses like astronomical ticket prices.

But I think it's something I'm going to do and a lot of other people do because the older I get, the more I value the experience.

And I will enjoy seeing the movie because I'll get to go with my family and it will feel like a memory we're going to have together.

And there is something about walking into a bookstore and browsing the shelves and feeling like you're connected to the physical books and to the people who are working there and to the lights and the furniture and everything about it that really can't be recreated by ordering books on your screen.

So tell us a little bit about Wonderland in particular.

I'll tell people who might not be aware.

Bethesda is very near Washington, D.C.

So I'm sure the population and there's a lot of people in politics and government and the media.
