Intertoretic reduction just means an accounting of how we're supposed to
understand classical physics as being derivable in some limit or some regime from the more correct fundamental, supposedly fundamental theory of quantum mechanics.
Because the Copenhagen interpret interpretation presupposed classical reality as one of its axiomatic ingredients.
And just foreclosed on principle the idea that you could somehow explain or derive the classical world from the the microscopic quantum world.

I'm not saying that providing
A specific impersonal microphysical theory of the kind that as y you know I've been working on is enough
to finish the project of understanding the emergence of classical reality.
But I think at least it gives us hope that we might be able to do it.

Do you see these problems as fundamental obstacles that will preclude our ability to get emergence to work forever?
Or do you see them as maybe transient challenges that we could in principle overcome with more work?
