We don't want anybody to be surprised that we charge for water on board or that we charge for large carry-ons and things like that.
We don't want anyone to be surprised.
But some people still are.
And that's a failure of our company when they don't understand that reality.
I think there are people who absolutely like that, and I've met some.
In fact, I was at a meeting a little while ago, and the person leading the meeting looked around the table.
There were about 10 people from the company there.
He said, have any of you flown Spirit?
And one guy said, yes, I fly them all the time.
And she said, what do you think of them?
He said, I hate them.
And she said, well, why do you fly them?
He said, well, they're so cheap.
Yeah, I remember my dad coming home with one of the first Atari sets.
It was like magic.
What was it?
It was Pong, which was a ping pong game, you know, with little paddles and you'd send a little electronic ball across the screen.
And it was transformative because it was the first time you could actually interact with a television set, which was sitting there in the center of your home.
And to be clear, I was not an early adopter.
I was not cool at all.
