I know you went to the inn that one.
Oh, yeah, yeah, we did, didn't we?
Yeah, so, yeah, we went to the Sunkist.
Well, it's called the Lady Bowen now.
And, you know, I listened in the podcast and I said to the owner at the time, I know I said to the podcast, I said, I'm definitely going to come back here another time and stay here.
And indeed I did.
Not so long ago, I actually stayed there.
Lovely place, but, you know, it's,
like it's always interesting when you're working on a case or a story and, you know, you can, you read all about it and you, you know all about it and you've seen it on your computer screen or on paper, but then to go there and see it in person.
And that's like history that you're, you're kind of living in that history and seeing it.
It's always really interesting.
Uh, it's changed quite a bit in some ways now, uh,
um to probably what it was then but inside like there's still some original elements of it it was really cool going through there and you know just thinking you know that back then like yeah tamahere was using this place and coming and going and that it became a key part to this case and um it's got that dark tourism kind of element to it i don't know if there's been any people that have gone and stayed there just because of that um but yeah i mean i you know they're lovely owners it's a bed and breakfast today that you can stay at um
I think it's so interesting.
I love the point in that episode.
I think it's episode two, if I'm not mistaken, where you're talking to that owner and he mentions how many bed and breakfasts or something similar were in the area at the time.
As a matter of fact, you had him repeat it like, I'm sorry, what?
Do you remember the number?
It was like a hundred and...
I want to say like 112 or something like that or 115.
