And, you know, you have to remember, and this is side-side tangent here that's unrelated to the case, but Thames and New Zealand at that time, so gold, it was like the gold rush.
And Thames at one point was kind of like the unofficial capital of New Zealand.
Like it was just...
It was just pumping because there were so many people there as part of this gold rush.
And what do people do when you've got young men or men that have got money?
They're there.
They're basically drinking.
They're going to brothels and they're looking for gold.
And so a lot of these people were sort of itinerants in town, so they're just staying in hotels.
So these hotels popped up everywhere.
And the Sunkist or the Lady Bowen,
I think it started off as the Lady Bowen, you know, in the 1800s.
Then it became the Sunkist and then they reverted it back to the Lady Bowen, you know.
It had five bars.
And, I mean, this place is not huge.
So just to give you an idea of how focused they were on drinking and, you know, that's what life was then.
But Thames has got so much history.
And when you walk around the town, you see it everywhere.
Like a lot of old buildings, they shoot โ
