Yeah, so that would have been Roddy and Billy, our strength coach.

I mean, you've seen some videos on him probably.

He's one of a kind.

But it was one of those things where I think they both knew what was going on the whole time, but until Roddy told us a couple weeks ago, I had no idea.

It was just something that we did.

And just after every workout, he looked that up once, and that was about it.

So that was something they introduced to us, or Roddy kind of explained to us in that moment.

Yeah, no, exactly.

I think, I can't remember, I was in the last series against Vegas, and he was like, I've been debating and telling you guys this, and he was just like, the reason we do this cinder block thing is it weighs just as much as a cup test.

Every day you practice lifting that thing up,

That's preparing you guys for this moment that might happen.

And so I think just light a little bit more fire under us and try to get us going.

Yeah, it's unbelievable.

I'm so thankful that he's my coach.

I talked about it with my wife, actually.

I can't imagine having another coach in my career.

I feel like he's been in it.

We've been together eight years now, and I got, what, seven years left on my contract?

I can't imagine having a different coach in the next seven years.

I feel like he's in it for the long haul.
