This is the local shop.
This is the local post office.
You already know all these people.
It's a community transaction.
But the thing is, there will be a fair market value on this.
So both of these houses are going to be independently valued.
And if let's say there's 250K in the difference, somebody might be willing to accept 240K.
And that might be where the deal comes in.
But I still think it's important to say that, like, if you put a value on your home, we're going to make sure that you get that as well.
You might be if you were selling your house anyway, though.
Like, let's just say if you're selling your house for a million euro, right, and you sell that, but then you end up having to rent somewhere and spend 10 grand while you're on moving costs and all that.
Plus, you're waiting to buy somewhere for another six months.
Doing any of that with this, you see.
So you're probably not really out of pocket.
