And that really, to me, is why the matching thing comes in, because everybody moves on the same day.
So you're not waiting around and trying to waste all that extra money on renting.
That's the big part.
I said that to my husband.

Will you just ask the lady who's selling it how much she wants for it and I'll buy it.
And the estate agent came back and she said, you know what, she'd actually love to give you the table because they had loads of lovely memories around that table and she would like for your family to have the same.
And actually, that's what it is.
There's loads of people who would love to help another family
and let them grow in their house.
I think that would give people a great satisfaction.
Yeah, I get that.
And everybody wants the right price.
