$368,000, but it's worth 1.3%?

You know what I would do?

If you're offloading the three houses for the kids, I'd take a little of that money.

If you said the whole thing, you'll walk away with 1.3, I'd probably take some of that, and I'd pay off your house in full, and then I'd invest the other million.

Yes, because you're the guy who would take the full mortgage payment that you were paying and you'll invest it in that.

You'll invest it.

I can tell that you would do it.

You'd rather make 12 percent than two percent.

I would, only because the reason that you said you purchased them was for your kids to live in them so that they could be close to you.
