It seems like you're just making more money based off of an arbitrary thing.

there is a little bit more risk on my part because i'll have to pay the tariff if i have to replace it as well sure but what we've decided is if we can directly relate the tariff uh to a before and after price then we'll charge you our markup on the pre-tariff price you will still pay the tariff to the manufacturer or the supplier or whatever
So for instance, we have some windows coming from Europe.
The tariff on those windows is going to be like eight grand.
We're going to subtract that eight grand off the cost of the windows and then calculate our markup.
