And then in addition to that, depending on what state it's in, again, you might have anonymity to be able to transact without somebody knowing you're tied to that entity as well.
I mean, there's a lot of different reasons you would set up a corporation, right?
So if you have an actual business, you know, if you're doing more than $50,000 a year in revenue, starts to probably make sense.
There's going to be more liability at that point or potential that people are going to sue you.
Depends on if you're selling a product or a service.
We set up holding companies for people to manage their digital assets, right?
This is a common practice for people with real estate.
They will set up a corporation to manage the risk around that property.
Somebody falls on that property.
Something happens.
You know, the bankruptcy can only take that property.
It can't come after your personal assets.
Crypto is really not that way.
Crypto, I mean, there's not going to be a whole lot of liability with crypto.
It's not like somebody can fall and hurt themselves on your crypto like they can on a property.
But you want the full breadth of the tax code to be able to offset the tax implications if you are going to buy, sell, trade, stake, earn with the money.
And then you also want the ability to have control over that.
And the corporate will, the way that we set it up actually works the other way also.
So let's say I, you know, God forbid, I rear end somebody in my car and they find out I have money.
And they come after me and it's above my insurance because they have emotional damage or maybe they really did get hurt and they deserve the money.
