Right.

They wouldn't be able to come pierce the corporate veil and come after my assets and liquidate those to pay those bills or pay themselves back.

That acts as a wall.

So those assets are safe inside of that corporation, even if they clean me out personally.

That's going to be different for everybody.

And that sounds like a lawyer answer, but it's the truth.

So a couple of things there.

I'm going to define financially free and I'm going to define wealthy.

OK, so my definition of financially free is you make twice as much as your bills each month from passive income.

So you'd be able to put rental properties or whatever else to work.

It's pretty passive.

There's still some activity that you have to do there, but fairly passive.

And you're able to produce enough money to cover more than twice of your bills.

So I don't know what her standard of lifestyle is that she wants to live.

It's going to be very different for everybody, right?

I don't know what $10,000 a month in Aussie dollars gets you there in Australia.

I don't know if it's enough or not.

Here in the U.S., that's decent for people.

They're able to live in most parts of the country.

They can't live a lavish lifestyle, but they're doing okay.
