But I mean, from your description, taking Florida of an example, that there's money left on the table for the tier ones and tier twos, right?
Obviously there's more risk there, but with better data, they can price more appropriately to cover their potential.

Like there's so many variables and attributes that can inform a risk and an underwriting decision.
